David went way out of his way and drove many miles from his location to sit down with me the same day to give me an estimate. He got me scheduled quickly during a heat wave, which I am eternally grateful for. The team showed up on time and ready to work. Installed everything in one day and meticulously cleaned up and took everything away. A1 service!!!! It’s a load off to finally have someone I can trust to give me an honest price and do fantastic work. I 100% recommend Hudson Valley Air Control LLC.

The work was placed into the schedule quickly; performed professionally, priced reasonably and completed when promised. Dave patiently took the time to work through some sight line and other issues with me when I couldn’t be on site and went above the call of duty to make some adjustments to ensure that I was happy with the install. I can say hiring Hudson Valley Air Control was a good decision. I contacted 2 other contractors one never showed up the other quoted me on a complete system that wasn’t even what I asked for and tried to get me to sign a contract on an Ipad without even disclosing any details or having a proper contract to view. Hudson Valley Air was my 3rd choice of contractors I called. I decided to call in a local guy because the other two were farther away and I feel that it was good to keep it local in case we ever needed service. David Coates came to size up my home for installation of an AC/Heat Pump system by Samsung and answered all of my questions confidently and left me feeling completely at ease with the entire project and came in at a way lower cost than we expected. A single unit outside our bedroom window was a concern because we didn’t want the noise from the compressor and fan keeping us awake and David didn’t seem to think it would be a problem. When the project was complete I actually had to go outside to even hear it at all. Standing right next to it I thought it wasn’t running but indeed it was. Three wall units in the house were supplied by the single outdoor unit. The wall mounted units were high up on the wall and you had to turn the fans up to high to hear any appreciable noise on low you can’t even tell their running until you feel the cold air blowing over you!
The quality of workmanship was really good and you can see David takes pride in his work. We waited for several years to be sure the Heat Pump technology was mature before we decided to spend the money and we believe David gave us state of the Art equipment at a good price and believe me when I tell you that I am a value oriented person. First, the bottom line. Hudson Valley Air Control (David Coates)
installed a two zone heat pump system. They did the work for the price they quoted, when they said they would complete the work and system is working well. More detail. We replaced a 20 year old oil heat/central air system with two Bosch heat pumps. We got several quotes of which Hudson Valley Air was the least expensive, partially because they were confident the new system would provide enough heat to the kitchen/dining room without running additional ductwork when others questioned if it would (it does). The installation wasnâ t without issues. One of the heat pumps didnâ t run properly. It took some effort to figure out the problem was a defective thermostat. David Coates/Hudson Valley Air was with us throughout, including a late evening visit to iron out some of the kinks. I wholeheartedly recommend David and his firm.

All of a suddenly we were in need of Central Air Conditioning replacement. I reached out to Angie/Home advisor for contractors serving my area and was given 4 contractors. All of them were very polite and knowledge but only one really stand out. David Coates from Hudson Valley Air Control was a pleasure to deal with; he is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and gave a fair price for the work to be done. Unlike the other contractors, he didnâ t try to sell me anything that I didnâ t need. I checked his reviews and they were all excellent, so, I decided to go with him. I am so glad I did. He was punctual, did excellent job, installed top notch equipment (w/10 years warranty from manufacturer), cleaned up after himself (the only sign that he was here is a brand new Condenser unit on the side of the house) and all for a fair price. The contractor that gave me the next price up from him reached out to me to follow-up on his estimate, and told me that he would be curious to find out what the contractor was not giving me in order to give me such a low price, and my answer is this: what he didnâ t gave me was a RIDE TO THE CLEANERS. I highly recommend Hudson Valley Air Control, and I will definitely use this company again, when/if their services are needed in the future.

Was recommended HV Alr control LLC by a trusted friend after our former AC contractor retired, our homes Central AC leaked water and stopped cooling, during an unexpected heat wave in our area. Dave and his team are SUPER! They encountered lots of problems with our project. We had so much to do, replace our dishwasher, add a water line to our fridge, put in a new bathtub on a very hard spot, install a new sinkâ | all in a house that had a mind of its own.
